Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber have what you would call a working relationship. The two men are not close friends off the track, but they get along and basically agree on what is best for the team. Vettel says that he hopes that Webber stays with the team next season, though. There have been rumors that Webber might take Felipe Massa's spot at 1207|Ferrari} next season.

renewed his contract without him having to put himself on the market.
"I can understand why people are thinking that there is a problem between Mark and myself. Yes, we might not be best friends, but I have no problem with him and he has no problem with me. We work well together and we are both trying to pull the team in the same direction. We have a similar view for the car, it's not as if one likes the set-up in the opposite way to the other. I think that is helping us, and so far it is working quite well. I'm not sure of his contract, but at the moment I think he is doing a very good job," said Vettel.
Vettel said that all team decisions are left up to team boss Christian Horner, and he has absolutely no input on his team mate.
Webber is currently in second place in the drivers' standings with six more points than Vettel. He has been very consistent this season with five fourth place finishes in eight races and one win. The Red Bull Team also has 39 point lead in the constructors' championship.
