Williams and Mercedes GP will launch their 2011 cars on the same date, February 1, at the Valencia circuit.
The Williams team is to showcase to the media the FW33 at the first multi-team test session of this year with Rubens Barrichello running the first half of tests. His new team mate Pastor Maldonado will then take the second turn on Wednesday afternoon.
Mercedes GP announced it will present the new 2011 car at the same occasion with both drivers, Michael Schumacher and Nico Rosberg, present. For a first glance at the new MGP W02, the media will gather at the team’s garage the morning ahead of the tests.
As reported earlier, Ferrari will be the first team to launch their car on January 28 at Maranello, followed by Renault and Sauber on January 31 and Toro Rosso on February 1, in Valencia. McLaren’s new MP4-26 will be presented to the public at the Spanish circuit on February 4.
