F1 Team is pushing hard to become a top running team again next season. It has made major strides towards improvement this season, and new chief operations engineer Mark Gillan believes that the team can improve even more next season.

"Within Williams there is a great desire, once we have any issues, to sort them out. As you saw at the end of last season, we had a lot of problems and we got on top of them.

"It takes time and, with back-to-backs it is difficult to react, especially flyaway back-to-backs, but now we have a bit of a break I am confident within the team that we can come back fighting," said Gillan.

The goal for next season is to get into Q3 at every track.

It still has not confirmed its driver lineup for next season.

Williams currently sits in 8th place in the constructors' championship with 58 points with four races to go in the season. They are 31 points behind Force India and 37 points ahead of Toro Rosso. While these results are not fantastic, the team scored just five points last season. In 2010, Williams scored 69 points.
