Ford

Ford of Europe is the European subdivision of the North American Ford Motor Company. The first Ford models introduced in Europe were imported from the United States of America in 1903. Six years after, a British division was created and a new plant was opened. The first model created for markets outside of the USA was the Model Y that debuted in 1933. In 1964, the British and German divisions of Ford were merged to create Ford Europe.

Today, Ford of Europe offers many different models from the small city car to the family and utility vans. Some models are shared with the American mother company, while others are specific to the European market only.
