Honda Civic (Japan, 2000-2005)

Honda introduced the seventh generation Civic in September 2000 and started its production the following year. In 2003, a hybrid Honda Civic version was also made available, along with a special ‘30th Anniversary Edition’ of all Civic variants to celebrate 30 years of Honda Civic production. A ‘Sport’ sedan version was added to the line-up in the same year.

The Civic’s front end received an important restyling in 2004. In 2005 the North American market saw the introduction of a ‘Special Edition’ Civic model by Honda US, while Europe received a rather futuristic-styled ‘Sport’ hatchback edition.
Honda had the 7th generation Civic cars being produced at the company’s factories of Japan, United States (in the state of Ohio), Canada, England, Brazil, Taiwan and Pakistan.
