President Luca di Montezemolo is not being subtle about how he feels about the Scuderia Ferrari's performance this season in Formula 1. In a meeting with all of the team's engineers, Montezemolo gave each of them a knife with a message that they need to put it between their teeth when working in the second half of the season.
“The Ferrari I saw in yesterday’s race doesn’t sit well with me," said Montezemolo about the team's fifth and eighth place finish in the Hungarian Grand Prix.

team to rejoin Ferrari. Pat Fry will become Director of Engineering.
With nine races to go, Ferrari still sees a chance to win the championship, but to do it, it will have to take top results for the rest of the season.
"This is the moment to stay calm, avoid polemics and show humility and determination in making one’s own contribution, standing alongside the team and its people both at the track and outside it," said Montezemolo.
