to the United States at NAIAS on January 13, 2014, and it will go on sale in fall 2014 with a 200hp and 207lb-ft 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine and a choice of either front-wheel or all-wheel drive.

The Q3 in the US will come standard with a six-speed automatic transmission, panoramic sunroof with power sunshade, xenon headlights with LED running lights, LED taillights, LED turn signals, and heated and 12-way power leather front seats.

The interior comes with standard LED interior lights in the doors, foot wells, vanity mirrors, storage compartments and cup holders.

The Q3 has 16.2 cubic feet of cargo space or 48.2 cubic feet with the rear seats down.

Optional features include a power tailgate, upgraded Bose stereo and Audi drive select that allows drivers to tune the handling and throttle response to their desires. Optional packages include: a Sport package that adds sports seats; the Driver Assistance package that adds blind spot assist, parking assist and a rearview camera; and the Prestige that upgrades the infotainment system with Wi-Fi connectivity, navigation plus and real time traffic and weather updates.

Prices for the Q3 and its options will be announced closer to launch.
