took fourth in the Gulf 12 Hours of Abu Dhabi at the Yas Marina circuit.
“In running an all-new car for the first time, our main goal today was to finish the race and be consistent. We’ve achieved this, and then to finish fourth in a race with such established competition is extremely encouraging,” said Brian Gush, Bentley’s Director of Motorsport.
The 12 Hours of Abu Dhabi is unique among endurance races because it is actually two, separate six-hour races. The first race decides the running order for the second race, but any timing gap is removed. The winner of the second race is crowned the winner.

from Kessel Racing. The Continental took damage to its underfloor in the closing laps of the race and had to back off the pace at the end. The driving was split into four-hour stints from the driving team of Guy Smith, Steven Kane and Andy Meyrick.
The Continental GT3 will race in the 2014 Blancpain Endurance Series that begins at Monza on 12th April.
