Chevrolet has sent its Tru 140S and Code 130R concepts to the SXSW arts festival in Austin, Texas, to get the opinions of young tastemakers and hipsters at the festival's events.
The concepts are targeted towards the Millennial Generation, and Chevrolet has been displaying the two cars at events around the US to gauge the opinions of young people.
“There are more than 80 million American consumers approaching 30 years old, and they represent 40 percent of today’s potential car buyers – this is a tremendous opportunity for Chevrolet,” said Christopher Perry, vice president Chevrolet Global Marketing and Strategy.
