' dominance in the debut season of turbo V6 engines is increasingly evident and at the Spanish Grand Prix Lewis Hamilton was once again better than his teammate Nico Rosberg to conquer his fourth consecutive victory of 2014. With this win Hamilton is now leading the championship.
The two Mercedes drivers made another clear one-two win and were a second faster than any other opponent. At the end of the race they were separated by less than a second, with Rosberg's three-stop strategy not enough to steal victory from Hamilton.

was in that position during the first stint of the race, but after the first visit to the pits he lost the position to Ricciardo. Vettel eventually passed him in the final laps of the race finishing in fourth place, although he started back in 15th place. A risky strategy of three stops and some good overtaking technique helped him climb the rankings.
Fernando Alonso used a similar three-stop strategy to finish the race ahead of his team-mate Kimi Raikkonen who achieved his best result of the season so far.
Thanks to Romain Grosjean Lotus grabbed its first points of the season. The Frenchman finished the race in eighth place ahead of the two Force IndiaForce IndiaIndia, 2007 > present8 models
