range. The Civic and Civic Tourer feature a new sportier design, new headlights and bumpers. The 5-door Civic received a new rear bumper, side skirts, rear spoiler with black finishings and LED rear lamps.

The interior was not forgotten and was renovated with new seat covers, new stitching on the headrests, door trims with new door handles and a control panel in metallic black.

With this update the japanese brand introduces the Honda Connect, an audio and information system that offers connectivity features on the road such as AM/FM, DAB, Bluetooth and Internet browsing, satellite navigation and rear-view parking camera.

Civic Sport

The new Civic Sport version is based on the Civic 5-door and is equipped with the 1.6-liter, 120hp diesel engine or the 1.8-liter, 142hp petrol engine. The version is available with a colour-coded rear spoiler and 17-inch alloy wheels exclusive to the Civic Sport. The design of this version was inspired by the upcoming Type-R.

The whole range will benefit from the CTBA system, City Brake Active System, which helps to avoid or lessen the consequences of low speed accidents (up to 30km/h). To do so it uses radar technology to scan the road and activate the brakes when it detects risk of collision.

The official debut of the new Civic will take place on October 2 at the Paris Motor Show.
