Infiniti Expanding Dealers to France, Spain and Luxembourg

Since becoming a major sponsor of the Red Bull Formula 1 Team, Infiniti has been trying to increase its position in Europe. It is adding dealers and plans to introduce new models with smaller engines. 

Infiniti has already opened new dealers in Spain, France and Luxembourg. It is also building its dealer network in Italy beyond Milan, Rome, Padua, Bologna, Florence.

Infiniti wants to have 10% of the global premium car market by 2016. To do this, it is working with Mercedes to develop four-cylinder diesel and petrol engines. It also just launched its first hybrid model the M35h and plans to have more soon. Infiniti is going to bring a small car based on the Etherea concept. It also plans to have a zero-emissions compact luxury sedan on sale within two years. 

Infiniti is going to partner with Red Bull Racing to strengthen ties in racing. The two brands will also exchange technical information. That could mean a Red Bull engineered Infiniti in the future. 

Since 2008, Infiniti has opened a new dealer every two weeks in Europe bringing it to over 20 markets.
