Lotus Partners with Mansory to Build Bespoke Cars

Lotus is teaming up with German automotive tuner Mansory to build bespoke versions of their cars for wealthy customers. Mansory is building will build several special edition Lotuses and offer a tailoring service for Lotus customers. It will debut a special edition Lotus at the Paris Motor Show in September. 

Mansory will provide bodywork, trim and finishes for the Elise, Exige and Evora. It has already begun its collaboration with Lotus on the Evora GTE. It also built two special edition GTE's a chrome-orange Evora GTE and a carbon-fiber Evora GTE modeled after the Lotus F1 Team livery. 

“Mansory are leaders in their field, and having worked closely with them on the Evora GTE and the special editions we’ve unveiled recently we wish to now take the partnership to an official level. Together, I am confident we will continue to produce outstanding sports cars, with the bespoke qualities that many of our discerning customers look for,” said Lotus Cheif Technical Officer Wolf Zimmerman.
