Mini Announces Two More Special Editions Ahead of the London Olympics

Mini is already making 2012 special edition Mini London models to celebrate the 2012 London Olympics. Now it is making two other special editions to celebrate the Olympics and London neighborhoods. The Mini Bayswater and Mini Baker Street can both be ordered on a variety of Mini models.

The Mini Baker Street is available on the Mini One, One D, Cooper and Cooper D. It comes with a gray roof and black and gray hood stripes. It also gets exclusive 16in, gloss-black wheels with matching mirror caps. It can be ordered in either Pepper White or Midnight Black. The interior comes with leather seats with cloth inserts. The cloth has a diamond pattern. The seats, floor mats and gear shift all have light gray contrast stitching. The Baker Street also comes with all of the equipment from the Pepper Pack and Chrome Line Exterior package, which includes: air conditioning, on-board computer, leather steering wheel and front fog lamps.

The Mini Bayswater is available on the Mini Cooper, Cooper S, Cooper D and Cooper SD. It comes in Kite Blue with black, 17in wheels. Midnight Black and Eclipse Gray are also available on either the Cooper S or Cooper SD. It has a black roof with gray and blue stripes on the hood. The mirror caps match the stripes with different colors on each side. It comes with leather seats with blue stitching that is carried to the floor mats. Like the Baker Street, the Bayswater comes with all the Pepper Pack and Chrome Exterior package additions. 

Both cars will go on sale in spring 2012.
