Peugeot 908HYBRID4 Takes Its Last Laps

Peugeot just released images on its Facebook page showing the last laps of the 908HYBRID4. This is the last nail in the coffin for Peugeot's sports car competition this year. 

The images show the 908HYBRID4 taking its last drive and the crew in attendance. 

The saddest thing about these images is that the car is clearly real. Peugeot has a hybrid LMP1 car that runs and could compete, but it is refusing to even rent the car to a privateer. 

It would have been great to see this hybrid take the competition to the Audi and Toyota at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
