Will Dodge pull the wraps off the new Viper?

Rumours are circulating that Dodge may display its new Viper at a charity event in Miami next month. Previously the manufacturer had said that the new Viper wouldn’t surface until late 2012.

According to Top Speed, Dodge will unveil the car at Ride and Smiles at Homestead-Miami speedway. The charity, which focuses on Crohns disease, allows children who suffer from the illness to ride alongside current NASCAR drivers on the 2.3 mile road course.

Of course, it seems unlikely that a charity event is an unlikely showcase for the new Viper, and we were unable to confirm the rumour. Maybe they’ll show a teaser image or a mule instead?
