FIA International Tribunal Date Set for June 20
Its decision will be published after the hearing
The FIA International Tribunal has announced that it will convene in Paris on Thursday, June 20, 2013, at 9:30am to hear the case against Mercedes

and Pirelli and whether their actions broke the sport's rules.
A decision on the case will be announced as soon as possible after the hearing, according to the FIA.
The rule that Mercedes allegedly broke is that teams may not conduct any testing during the F1 season with the exception of the young driver test and straight-line aero testing. The FIA is charging both Mercedes and Pirelli for the infraction.
