F1. He and Ross Brawn will be in charge of the team. The change in positions is effective immediately. Wolff is effectively taking over the role previously held by Norbert Haug. 

"I would like to thank Toto for his hard work, dedication and commitment to the team during his time as one of our executive directors," said Team Principal Frank Williams.

This will not be the first time that Wolff has worked with Mercedes. He was a major stakeholder in the HWA, which runs Mercedes DTM participation, the SLS AMG GT3Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3Germany, 2011 > present19 photos
racing operation and building Mercedes's Formula 3 engines. 

Wolff's wife, Susie Wolff, became a development driver for Williams last year. The team says that she will remain with them as a development driver.
