has added a gallery to its Facebook page showing the first sketches of a concept that it says it will show at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The images have the words Quattro next to some of the images, and some of the images do bare a resemblance to the classic Audi sports coupe. It seems that Audi is bringing back the Quattro name yet again, after showing an earlier conceptquattro ConceptAudi quattro ConceptGermany, 2010 > 20103 photos
in 2010.

The Quattro concept is extremely aggressive in the sketches with huge fender flairs and a wide stance. From the front, the car has narrow, squinting headlights with huge front fender flairs and a narrow windshield. At the side, the car has a narrow A-pillar, nearly no B-pillar and an extremely wide C-pillar. It gives the roof a cantilevered look that it is anchored at the rear and hanging over the rest of the car. There are also fender vents behind the front wheels to pull cool air through the brakes. The rear has glass coming most of the way up the roof with horizontal taillights under it.

The interior seats four with a transmission tunnel down the center separating the passengers. The instruments are simple with a central tachometer and LCD screens to either side. It has an automatic transmission and a dial to control the infotainment screen.

Audi has not said what type of engine it would use in the car, but it will make more announcements at the Frankfurt Motor Show.

Audi has said in the past that if it gets made then it would be a limited production model positioned between the RS4RS4 SedanAudi RS4 SedanGermany, 2008 > present2 photos

and built on the MLB platform. The cars would be made by Audi's Quattro division in Neckarsulm, Germany.
