says that pricing will start around $456,000 (€350,000), and it will start building them in Graz, Austria, in October.

The list of things that make this truck so amazing is almost unending. First, power comes from a 5.5-liter twin-turbocharged V8 with 536hp and 560lb-ft (759Nm) of torque. It needs all of that power because it weighs 8,322lbs (3775kg). Power gets to the ground via all six wheels on 37in tires with beadlock wheels. It is enough to get the truck to 100km/h in less than six seconds, but the top speed is electronically limited to 100mph (161km/h). The seven-speed automatic from the normal car will handle sending power to all six wheels. The power split among the axles is 30:40:30.

It is best not to even consider fuel economy on a truck like this. Estimates indicate 13mpg (18.1l/100km) average fuel economy, but it will come with two fuel tanks with a total 42-gallon (159l) capacity.

All of the parts are straight from the shelf. While the body looks insane, it is actually built as a military version of the G320 CDIG 320 CDI Station LMercedes-Benz G 320 CDI S...Germany, 2009 > present1 photo
for Australia. The four-passenger pickup body is 43.5in (110.5cm) longer than a standard G63, and the 12.5in (31.75cm) wide wheels, force it to be 8.9in (22.6cm) wider than the standard car. It has 18in (45.72cm) of ground clearance and can ford through water up to 39in (99cm) deep.

The interior comes completely from the G63 AMG, except for the extra controls for the low-range transfer case, tire inflator, five differential locks, one for each axle and two center differentials. In a very AMG touch, the rear cargo bed is covered in polished bamboo.
