Edition Powder Ride and BMW Concept K2 Powder Ride. The cars will both be on display at the Los Angeles Auto Show on November 30.

The K2 Powder Ride concept has unique exterior features and is painted Valencia Orange metallic. It comes with a set of limited edition K2 skis. The side of the car has a stylized fox painted on it and an X on the rear. The concept has 8mm more suspension travel than the standard version and wears grey, 19in wheels. The grey on the wheels is carried onto the trim of the car on the lowest points of the front and rear and side sills. It also has tinted side windows and gloss black trim around the windows and on the roof rails. The roof has a ski holder, 320w Harmon Kardon sound system and two luggage boxes, which are held onto the car by an aluminum frame. 

The skis on the car are designed specifically for the concept. Like the car, they are painted in orange with a fox graphic with brushed aluminum and carbon surfaces. 

The Harmon Kardon sound system is linked to two 550w amplifiers and a 500w subwoofer. It also includes a microphone and the luggage boxes will light up in blue and orange LEDs. 

Inside, the K2 Powder Ride is covered in black Nappa leather with orange stitching with wood trim. 



The production version of the K2 Powder Ride concept is the X1 Edition Power Ride. It attempts to bring the major attributes of the concept to the road. It will be sold in a limited edition in November 2012. 

The truck gets aluminum roof rails with a roof box, ski and snowboard bag, all-weather floor mats and K2 LTD Powder Ride skis. 

The X1 is painted in Glacier Silver with 18in wheels. It will also be available in Black, Alpine White, Valencia Orange, Mineral White, Mineral Grey and Black Sapphire. All cars will get an X decal on the side of the car.
