BMW of America is presenting the 2011 Frozen Gray M3 Coupe which will have a limited production of thirty units. This version will only be available for American customers and will feature a special matte-gray paint with a deep metallic luster to accentuate the lines of the M3. This will also mark the debut for the Frozen Gray Metallic exterior paint on the United States.
The Frozen Gray M3 Coupe will be powered by a 4.0-liter, 414-horsepower M V8, matted with BMW’s M Double Clutch Transmission. As part of the new M3 Competition Package it will be fitted with an exclusive set of 19-inch wheels and other upgrades.
Equipped with the Competition Package, the 2011 Frozen Gray M3 Coupe has its’ height reduced by 10mm and the 19 inches wheels with wider offset handle it superior stability. It also features standard Electronic Damping Control with enhanced programming, and higher-threshold programming for the M Dynamic Mode. Thanks to the M Double Clutch Transmission the 2011 Frozen Gray M3 Coupe is able to accelerate from 0-60mph in 4.5 seconds.
Reservations are already available and the first vehicles should start being delivered at the end of the month, with the production finishing at the end of July. The 2011 Frozen Gray M3 Coupe will be priced at 77,600 dollars.
