. As is the modern style, the platform can be stretched or shrunk as needed to build the type of vehicle either brand needs. 

The engine range will likely be the new four-cylinder engines that Jaguar Land Rover is still developing. It is working on a 2.2-liter diesel and 2.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine. It is possible the brand's V6 petrol and diesel engines could be found on higher end models. 

The styling for the car is still being kept a secret as well, but Jaguar has indicated that sedans and sports cars would have different styling. That indicates the smaller car will look more like the XF than the F-TypeF-Type (modern) Gen.1Jaguar F-Type (modern) Gen.1United Kingdom, 2012 > present33 versions
