Renault has been actively developing low emissions tech for its cars. When comparing the current Clio to the previous generation, the current average Clio has emissions 18.5g/km of CO2 lower than the average previous generation model.
In the first half of 2012, the average Renault registered in the EU had 125.5g/km of CO2 emissions, almost 10g/km higher than this year.
