production will be shifted to Bursa, Turkey. The next generation Clio will also be built in Flins, France. So far, Renault has refused to deny or acknowledge the union's claims. It says that the production split has not yet been determined.
According to Reuters, members of the union were at a presentation where they were told that less than 30% of next generation Clio production would take place in France.

The first steps for this announcement were laid in February when Renault COO Carlos Tavares told the French Senate that a car built in Turkey would cost €1,300 less than in France on average.
