The engine is the one thing that we know about the F70. Ferrari has confirmed it will use a hybrid version of the new V12 from the F12berlinetta using Ferrari's HY-KERS system. Weight for the F70 is slated to be around 2650lbs In comparison, the Enzo weighed 3300lbs.
