. According to an online flyer that has been spreading online the revised model will be unveiled on 12 February and will be publicly unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in March.
The flier indicates that the car is internally known as F149M, which combines the internal codename of the California (F149) with the letter “M” which has already been previously used by the Italian brand withg other models. However the model should maintain the California designation.
One of the main modifications expected for the updated California is the introduction of turbocharged engines into the brand's model range. The new California is expected to have an output of 552hp, thanks to the new Ferrari twin-turbo 3.8 V8 engine that is already used by the Maserati Quatropporte and Ghibli.
In terms of design the car changes should be inspired on the F12, especially at the front, while the new headlights shape is said to be inspired on both the F12Lexus LS460 LJapan, 2006 > present2 photos

Ferrari is planning to reduce production of the California replacement to around 500 units per year as part of its plans to limit production to improve exclusivity.
The new California should be on sale on May, but Ferrari showrooms may already be accepting pre-orders.
