will be in the Supercar Paddock.
The Emerg-E at Goodwood is the first running prototype of the car in the world, and Nissan claims that some of its executives have not even seen the car running yet. Webber will drive the car up the hill on Sunday.
The FX Vettel Edition is limited to 50 cars in units with a 420ps engine and 30% more downforce than the standard car, and Infiniti has tapped Vettel to drive the car up the hill. Prices start at €125,000. Deliveries of the car do not begin until the first part of 2013, and this will be the first chance for the public to see one running. Infiniti says that it has already sold 7 Vettel Editions.
In addition to driving Infinitis up the Goodwood Hill, Webber and Vettel will also be showing off the Red Bull RB7 at the festival.
“I am delighted to welcome Infiniti to the Goodwood family, with its distinctive and highly-original way of showcasing its products and brand philosophy. I am proud that Infiniti has chosen the Festival of Speed to dynamically debut exciting products such as the FX Vettel edition and EMERG-E concept globally as well," said the Earl of March.
