has just launched the lighter and more powerful Aventador version, the Super Veloce (SV). The new version is being unveiled at this year's Geneva Motor Show.

At the heart of Aventador SV is the powerful engine 6.5 liter V12 with 750hp. The output increase and weight reduction compared to the Aventador LP700-4 allows an acceleration from 0 to 100km/h in 2.8 seconds and a top speed of 350km/h. The seven-speed automated manual gearbox is the same from the standard Aventador. The exhaust system has also been redesigned and creates a new sound to the model.

The Haldex all-wheel drive system continues to integrate the Aventador SV. The version also includes a self-locking differential on the rear axle and an electronic differential lock on the front axle, linked in with the ESP system..

Thanks to the Drive Select technology, the Aventador SV can be driven in three different modes (Strada, Sport and Corsa), each having different configurations in terms of motor, transmission and differential responses, in addition to handling and steering characteristics.

The main novelty in the Aventador SV design is the large rear wing that can be manually adjusted in three different positions. The wing contributes to improve aerodynamic efficiency and downforce. At the front the new Lamborghini gets larger air intakes to improve cooling and a skirt and two front wings that improve the SV aerodynamics and downforce. At the rear Lamborghini introduced a mesh that increases the engine cooling and a large diffuser with several elements in carbon fiber.

The interior has been emptied to reduce the weight of the Aventador SV and features the Carbon Skin fabric from Lamborghini for the triming of the seats and other areas of the cabin. Alcantara and skin were also used in the Aventador SV.
