The CLA Shooting Brake shares the silhouette, roofline from the CLS Shooting Brake and takes the rear light design from the CLA.

The engines will come from the rest of the compact platform with a range of petrol and diesel four-cylinder engines. There is even a possibility for an AMG version using Mercedes’ turbocharged 2.0-liter engine and 355hp and 332lb-ft of torque.

Like the rest of the compact range, the cars will be front-wheel drive as standard but all-wheel drive will be a possibility.

The CLA Shooting Brake is slated to go on sale in 2015.
