pickup in Europe that it is aiming at businesses facing tough economic times in Europe. The truck is available with two tunes of Nissan's 2.5 liter diesel with either 144ps or 190ps with either a Double Cab or King Cab.
Double Cab gives buyers four, full doors, and King Cab has two conventional doors and a third clamshell door. The rear seats fold up to increase interior load space when needed.
Despite being base models, the trucks come with air conditioning, central locking, six airbags, a CD player and Bluetooth. This more basic version does not have the chrome found on higher trim levels. Instead, the bumper and grill struts are body color and the interior trim is black.
Both of the diesel engines have the same fuel economy of 8.4l/100km and 222g/km of CO2 emissions. They will carry 850kg of load and tow 3,000kg.
The truck comes with part-time all-wheel drive that is usually rear-wheel drive but locks power 50:50 when the driver selects it.
The Double Cab will go on sale later in July, and the King Cab will be available in early 2013. Nissan has not announced prices for the car.
