, but the wait for the car will not be long. It will be unveiled on November 7. 

The latest tease includes a brief video from Nissan and images of the car testing in the arctic and in Europe.

Nissan says that it wants the new Qashqai to set new benchmarks in its class for active safety technology, driver comfort and refinement. 

It calls the new Qashqai "the most significant car in [Nissan's] modern history" and says that it will offer a brand new infotainment system. 

Nissan is making big claims for small crossover in a market that is quickly becoming crowded, but it will be interesting to see what it can do.
