Christie's has organized an online charity auction of James Bond memorabilia that will run from September 28 to October 8. The auction is made up of a total of 50 lots including several cars used in the movies. The auction's proceeds go to UNICEF.

There are three cars included in the auction, but only one of them is actually drivable. First, there is a 2008 Aston Martin DBSDBSAston Martin DBSUnited Kingdom, 2007 > present7 photos

with a 6.0-liter V12. The car was driven in Quantum of Solace and is left-hand drive. It was one of seven used in the film. Christie's estimates that it will sell for between £100,000 and £150,000.

Second, there is a pre-production replica BMW Z8Z8BMW Z8Germany, 1999 > 20033 photos

from The World is Not Enough that is powered by a Chevrolet 350 cubic inch V8 engine and a five-speed manual gearbox. The car was not actually built by BMW, but the pre-production design was provided to the Propshop at Pinewood Studios to create replicas of the car for the movie. The body is made from two pieces of fiberglass and attached to the car's frame. The hood and trunk do not open and are all part of the body mold. Three of these cars were made for the film, and one of them was destroyed during filming. The other car is on display at the Bond in Motion exhibit at the National Motor Museum. The car has not been certified as being road legal. Christie's estimates that it will sell for between £25,000 and £35,000.

used in the upcoming film Skyfall. The model was created during post-production to replace one of the models that was damaged during filming.

The rest of the auction lots include clothing, props and signed items from the films.
