had its order books filled until 2014. At the Dubai Motor Show, Lamborghini announced that nothing has changed, and that buyers in the Middle East will have to wait until late-2014 to get their car.

“Deliveries of the Aventador in the Middle East have already increased by more than 50% in 2013 to end September compared to the same period in 2012. Lamborghini Aventador models remain forward sold for more than 12 months worldwide,” said Lamborghini in its announcement of the Aventador Roadster for the Middle East.

The Aventador Roadster went on sale in Europe earlier in the year. Buyers have two options if they want one. They can either get at the end of the line and wait for their personalized Aventador Roadster or pay what is likely a hefty premium to get a car that has already been ordered. The Aventador starts at €300,000 in Europe and $441,600 in the United States.
