GT based on the MX-5 GT4 racecar at the Goodwood Festival of Speed from June 28 to July 1. The car will also take a run up the hill during the festival.

Jota Sport who also campaigns the MX-5 GT4 in the British GT Championship has built the MX-5 GT. The car produces 205hp from its 2.0 liter, four-cylinder engine, which is a significant upgrade over the 167hp found in the standard MX-5, and it uses a six-speed manual gearbox. It also gets an adjustable suspension, a front splitter, rear diffuser and boot lid spoiler all made from carbon fiber, a sports exhaust, Recaro seats, road-legal slick tires and body-colored roll hoops. 

Performance is quite good. It will accelerate to 60mph in three seconds with a top speed of 160mph.
