teammate. The victory came this weekend at the Grand Prix of Brazil at Interlagos.

The German driver started from pole for the 10th time this season and thanks to this fifth win of the season managed to shorten to 17 points Hamilton's advantage in the championship standings. Recall that in the last race in Abu Dhabi there are double points up for grab, so the title fight is not over yet.

Hamilton's hopes of beating Rosberg once again ended on lap 28 when at Descida do Lago he made a half spin. This ended up damaging the brakes, but still the British made a great recovery that led to a lively end of the race with Hamilton close enough to use the DRS system. However, the British failed to make the overtaking and had to settle for second place.

's box by mistake at the second visit to the pits. Yet the pace was enough to secure a third place finish.

Valteri Bottas who reached fourth at some stage of the race could have benefitted from his teammate's mistakes, but a long pit stop and getting off the track on Nico Hulkenberg's overtake ended up throwing the Finn to 10th place.

McLaren's Jenson Button ended up in fourth place after a courageous overtaking to Kimi Raikkonen's Ferrari in Descida do LAgo, with ten laps remaining in the race. Because of this duel Sebastian Vettel eventually managed to sneak his Red BullRed BullRed BullAustria, 2004 > present12 models

With an alternative tire strategy, Hulkenberg finished in eighth place ahead of Kevin Magnussen and Bottas.
