has sent out a teaser image that reveals that the 2015 WRX STI will be revealed at the North American International Auto Show.

Subaru is not revealing any details about its top trim of the WRXSubaru WRXJapan, 2015 > present yet, but it is safe to assume performance will see an upgrade over the new WRX with its 268hp and 258lb-ft 2.0-liter turbocharged engine. What is not known is whether Subaru will fit a larger engine to the STI or turn up the boost on the turbo to create more power. Horsepower for the STI is expected to be 300hp or more

Subaru has made it clear that all versions of the WRX will share the same sedan body style, but expect the STI to get more aggressive touches.
