The rumor continues that the car would drop any attempt at luxury in favor of all out speed. That could cut about 500lbs (227kg) from the Veyron.
The 400ps boost and weight loss would increase the Veyron's top speed from 259mph to 288mph and could mean that the car could accelerate to 62mph (100km/h) in 1.8 seconds.
