Renault Donates Cars to CarKraft Safety Course

has donated cars to the CarKraft Road Safety program for teens at Silverstone. CarKraft attempts to reduce the number of driver injuries in Northhamptonshire. It trains young drivers to drive more safely. 

CarKraft is ran by the Northamptonshire County Council and Adrian Flux Insurance. Renault will donate the cars for its events at the PorschePorschePorscheGermany, 1931 > present43 models

Experience Centre at Silverstone on Sunday, October 28. CarKraft combines workshops and simulated adverse conditions to help teach drivers. Drivers over 17 will be able to drive a skid car and on Ice Hill, that both simulate losses of traction. Many of the driving instructors are experienced in motor racing. 

CarKraft started in 2001 and is aimed at drivers between 15 and 24 and has instructed over 3,000 people since then. All UK drivers are welcome to take part in the instruction, but it is aimed towards beginners. CarKraft won the Prince Michael International Road Safety Award in 2006.

Participation costs £49.99 and lasts four hours.
