Giaur was a sports cars brand that was created in 1950 resulting from a partnership between Bernanrdo Taraschi and the Giannini brothers. The name Giaur derives from the combination of their surname, GIAnnini and the URania name from Taraschi's earlier cars. The company maintained its activity until 1962.
